Come Join Our Discussion!

The Adult Book Club is a wonderful program that fosters an environment of reading and contemplation in our community. Each month, members read one book and meet as a group for a lively discussion of the material. Sessions run throughout the year.

Dance the Night Away!

Have you been looking for a chance to get your groove on? Come join us for our brand new ballroom dancing classes for beginners! Learn the basics of the waltz, cha cha, rhumba, foxtrot, jitterbug, and quick step!

---- Blood Pressure Nurse ----

Take Your Blood Pressure!

A nurse from the Closter Health Department will be available to check your blood pressure! All are welcome! The nurse will be available the first Wednesday of the month throughout the year.

1st Wednesday of the Month, 11 a.m. - 12 p.m.



---- Computer Questions ----

Come Tech Yourself Up!

Frustrated with your computer? Bring your questions and problems to the Library and Deborah will help you solve them.

Tuesdays, 11 a.m. - 12 p.m.



---- ESL (English as a Second Language) ----

Come Learn English!

ESL classes will resume in mid-September. If you have signed up, you will be contacted by a teacher.

The Closter Public Library has a unique Storytime Program. Children will enjoy stories, songs, and crafts as well as meet new friends and get to know the library. Classes are available for children ages 2-5.

Three Sessions Are Being Offered: Thursdays, 9:30 - 10 a.m. (Age 2)
Thursdays, 10:30 - 11:15 a.m. (Ages 3-4)
Mondays, 4 - 4:45 p.m. (Ages 3-5)

Join Us for Yoga!

The Closter Library will offer yoga classes in repeated 8-week sessions. For Closter Residents, the class fee is $80.00 for an 8-week session non-refundable or $12.00 walk-in. For non-Closter residents, the class fee is $96.00 for an 8-week session, non-refundable, or $15.00 walk-in. Classes will be held weekly and will meet in the Community Room.
